Work set for week of 23rd March 2020 – Hi everyone. I hope you are all taking care of yourselves and you are staying positive, healthy and happy. Although most of you won’t be coming to school for the foreseeable future, it is extremely important that you continue your learning at home. Please use the suggested timetable to help structure each day. Here are a range of resources / worksheets / activity ideas / online links for you to complete. I would love to see some these when school re-opens! Please remember to wash your hands! I miss you all very much already. Sending you all a giant squeeze and a big smile! Lots of love, Miss Mallouppa
Grammar – test 1
WORD OF THE DAY – Could you learn a new word every single day? Just like our word of the week and vocabulary building lessons:
- learn a new word
- define it
- put it into sentences
- find synonyms for it.
Science tasks – Please complete over the next two weeks.
No peeking now at the work for next week. Have a good weekend.
Hello my lovely Year 5’s! I can’t believe that it’s only been a week since we saw each other. I miss each and every one of you very much. I hope that you are all working hard with the work that I have set you and that you are enjoying the sunshine during your work breaks. I am trying my best to refrain from eating my Easter eggs but it’s not looking promising….
Make sure you’re all helping your parents by doing your school work and by helping out around the house. Remember, I would love to see some of the work you have been doing. If you wanted to, you could email the school and we could try to upload your pictures onto the school website.
Keep smiling J Sending you another huge Miss Mallouppa squeeze and praying that we can get back to normal soon! xxxx
